After BCT/CQT, a new Navy SWCC will be assigned to a Special Boat Team.  Later in their careers, highly qualified SWCCs can be assigned to the Naval Special Warfare Center as instructors for BCT/CQT and other advanced NSW schools.  There are a few SWCC billets at NAVSCIATTS where they train foreign military members in riverine warfare skills, and there are a couple of SWCC billets on the Leap Frogs, the Navy's Parachute Exhibition Team.  Senior SWCCs may also serve in administrative positions in the Teams or at a Naval Special Warfare Group.

Okay, every once in a while I get asked if any Navy SWCCs serve at SEAL Team 6, the elite counter terrorist unit (and yes, we all know that it is called something else now!).  Yes, there are a bunch of billets for Navy SWCCs at ST6, but you must pass "selection" just like the SEALs do.  That's all I know.  My experiences with ST6 have been few and far between, the most notable being a month long temporary assignment to a ST6 strike team to help them with thier training.
#3 - What assignments will a Navy SWCC have during his career?
