Yes... but only as Warrant Officers. In order to get a commission as a Warrant Officer in the Special Boat Teams you must be a Navy SWCC and be a top performing E-7 and above to qualify.
Most Special Boat Detachments deploy with an E-7 (sometimes E-6) or above as the OIC. Warrant Officers are usually OICs of a Mark V Detachment or a Riverine Task Unit.
Other Naval Officers can serve in the Teams in administrative jobs, and every once in a while they let a regular line officer deploy overseas, but the Special Boat Teams are doing away with that all together.
If you are fresh out of college and want a Naval Special Warfare commission, then go to BUD/S and become a SEAL. SEAL Officers serve in the Special Boat Teams all the time.
